September 2021 13:16:21 MESZ Stellen Sie sich als Unternehmer vor, Sie wären ein Leistungssportler und Sie wollen Bestleistung erzielen. Würden Sie sich alleine auf den Weg machen, sich selber anspornen und sich allein den Herausforderungen stellen? Leistungssportler haben, wie selbstverständlich, einen Coach an der Seite, um ihre Ziele zu erreichen bzw. über sich hinaus zu wachsen. Sie benötigen Motivation um weiterzumachen, wenn es mal schwierig wird. Einen Menschen, der neue Wege aufzeigt, einen objektiven Blick wahrt und Lob, aber auch Kritik ehrlich äußert. Im bezahlten Sport ist ein Coach gar nicht wegzudenken. Ein Muss für jeden/jede, der/die noch erfolgreicher werden will. Unternehmer sind, im übertragenen Sinne, ebenfalls Leistungssportler, die sich mit aller Kraft für ihr Unternehmen einsetzen. Sie tragen hohe Verantwortung und wissen, dass ihre Entscheidungen auch weitreichende Auswirkungen haben können. Was sie unternehmen, was sie entscheiden, wie sie mit den Mitarbeitern umgehen, hat Folgen für sie selbst, für Mitarbeiter und deren Familien (vgl. Fischer-Epe, 2012\*). Nur eins kommt ihnen, im Gegensatz zu den Leistungssportlern, nicht zu Gute: sie haben häufig keinen Wegbegleiter, Motivator, Navigator, Lehrer bzw. Mentor in Form eines Coaches an ihrer Seite.
