Am Ende des Tages fragen wir uns immer, was möchte ich erreichen bzw. haben? Eine berechtigte Frage, wenn wir nach der persönlichen Bilanz jährlich oder auch öfter vorwärtsblicken und den nächsten oder die nächsten Schritte planen.

Was muss ich sein und tun, um das zu haben, was ich möchte? Diese Fragestellung impliziert Wachstum.

Es gibt eine Harvard-Studie, die besagt, dass diejenigen Studenten, die ihre [Ziele und Träume](https://actioncoach-dach.com/coachingblog/erfolglos-sein) während des MBA [aufgeschrieben](https://actioncoach-dach.com/coachingblog/erfolglos-sein) hatten, nach 10 Jahren 1000 x mehr verdient haben als diejenigen, die keine Ziele hatten bzw. diese nicht aufgeschrieben hatten.
